Shipping and Dispatch
All orders are shipped from the United Arab Emirates. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Please allow 1 to 3 business days for tracking information to become active.
Parcels may arrive in multiple packages due to logistical reasons, even if you selected combined shipping at checkout.
Tracking Shows “No Information Available”
For certain shipping carriers, tracking details may take 2 to 5 business days to update in the system.
If tracking information is still unavailable after 5 business days from the shipping date, please contact us for assistance.
Returns and Exchanges
Returns are eligible for a full refund of the item price and applicable taxes, excluding shipping fees.
Refunds are processed back to the original payment method, and the return or exchange process typically takes 7 to 14 business days.
To qualify for free return shipping, you must notify us within 3 days of receiving your item. Returns requested after 3 days are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange under any circumstances.
Customs and Import Fees
Customers are responsible for any customs duties or import fees in addition to shipping charges.
If a package is returned to us due to refusal to pay customs fees, a refund will be issued for the item price only, excluding all shipping costs.
