Orders are being dispatched from our warehouse in United States within 1-3 business days after placing the order.
Your order will be delivered to you via or your local postal services.
All orders are processed immediately, but due to increased social distancing measures at our warehouse, as well as holiday-related carrier delays, orders may take approximately 5-10 days to arrive. You should receive a separate email with a tracking link. Please allow 24-48 hours for the link to become active.
Once we release the package to the shipping agent, we cannot be responsible for any lost or stolen packages. However, we will help you correspond with the agent to solve any difficulties as best we can.
For orders under $200 we ship without signature confirmation and it is up to the discretion of the delivery person whether to leave the package if there is no one home to accept it. If this is a concern, please provide us with an alternate shipping address if you work during the day or do not anticipate being home to receive your order.
For orders over $200 and for international orders, signature may be required. The shipping agent should
always leave a door tag in the event that delivery is unavailable, but we suggest also keeping an eye on tracking and reaching out directly to the shipper if you need to coordinate delivery. Contact information to do so will be
available when you check tracking but when in doubt, always feel free to reach out to us for help!
On occasion our shipping system may flag certain addresses as invalid or incomplete. When this occurs we will contact you prior to shipping to confirm the address. Please note that any packages returned to us due to incorrect address will be subject to a reshipping fee.

*Please note that these time frames apply to regular (non-pandemic) circumstances. Due to the pandemic, depending on your location regulations, there might be slight delays on top of standard delivery times. We ask you to give up to 5 days on top of the regular delivery time before getting in touch with our customer service team.

If a return is requested, the customer service team member will process the refund for the full amount of the item and any applicable tax (MINUS SHIPPING FEES) back onto the original card used to purchase the product. The return/exchange process can take anywhere from 7-14 business days. At any time during that process our customer service team will be there to help answer questions.
TRACKING INFORMATION
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your parcel. Please note that it might take from 1 to 3 business days for tracking to start showing information. Once the package gets taken from us, it travels to the INCHEON-SEOUL logistics center, where it gets scanned and starts updating tracking status, and it is not unusual for a shipment to go more than 24 hours without an update while in transit.
MY TRACKING SAYS “NO INFORMATION AVAILABLE AT THE MOMENT"
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking
number, please contact us.
WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGE?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.

Customs Fees: Customers are responsible for any duties or
import fees in addition to shipping pricing. Any order returned to us due to
refusal to pay customs fees will be cancelled and refunded the price of the
item minus shipping fees.
